Standards for new ways of working – especially for Berliner Volksbank

Berliner Volksbank wants to set bank-wide standards for new ways of working. CBE DIGIDEN is supporting the VREI_raum team in this – in other words FREIRAUM as a project of a Volks- und Raiffeisenbank (VR).

New Work is on everyone’s lips after the pandemic. But how can it be implemented in a regional bank with a branch network? Berliner Volksbank is taking the upcoming move to the new headquarters Quartier Berliner Volksbank (QVB) as an opportunity to professionalize the learnings from the pandemic. The interdisciplinary VREI_raum team was set up.

In the clusters “Skills”, “Attitude & Leadership” and “Arriving at QVB”, it developed a common understanding of New Work at Berliner Volksbank. The team then filled the VREI_raum Wiki with practical knowledge, inspiring tools and innovative formats for new ways of working, tailored to the needs and work situations of colleagues in the bank.

With courageous, dialogue-oriented project communication, VREI_raum ensures that everyone, from the board of directors to the trainees, engages with new ways of working and together opens up new spaces for productive and fulfilling collaboration.
