The mobility industry in Germany has had difficult years and still faces a difficult time. Climate change will lead to a strong disruption and transformation of the industry, including the need for new strategies.

The PWO Group, led by Carlo Lazzarini, has accepted these challenges and set out on a new path to a new future: sustainability is becoming a particularly important corporate value. With its combustion-independent business model, the group is excellently positioned for the new era.

Increased focus of all group activities on sustainability

The announcement of participation in the World Climate Conference in November 2022 in Egypt (COP 27) and membership in the “Global Vision 20245” summit taking place at the same time were the starting signal: CEO Carlo Lazzarini is strengthening his program to realign all group activities with the goal of developing PWO into the industry leader in terms of sustainability in the coming years.

CBE DIGIDEN has been tasked with further developing the company’s repositioning together with the board of directors and executives and formulating a communications strategy for the international group. The communication should be given the task of readjusting PWO in the eyes of its stakeholders and reaching and providing them with continuous communication oriented towards the process of development.

The program focuses on three aspects:

1. Sustainability is a top priority. The campaign puts CEO Carlo Lazzarini at the center of communication.

2. No green washing. The communication strategy does not allow for any claims. What is reported is what has been achieved.

3. Only strong together. PWO addresses the industry to promote a joint and sustainable change in the supplier industry.

CBE DIGIDEN is developing the new appearance of the PWO Group as well as 360° communication for all stakeholders, which is based on a specially established newsroom concept and develops content for the press and media, the group’s social media channels, website, newsletter, events and other measures.
