Media applications and interactive applications move the silver star: Daimler AG’s 2015 Annual General Meeting
21.11.2024CBE DIGIDEN was commissioned to design and implement the 2015 Daimler Annual General Meeting for the first time in the new CityCube Berlin.
New location and a new corporate design: Parallel to the move from the ICC Berlin, which had been used for many years, came the task of converting the event from the previous CD (key colors white and blue) to the group’s new corporate design with the key color “silver”. The 2015 Annual General Meeting is therefore considered a prototype for the new image of Daimler AG.
In a co-creation process between the customer and CBE DIGIDEN, a completely new appearance of the group and its product brands was created in the design of the stage and group exhibition. CBE DIGIDEN designed a stage over sixty meters wide, which was animated by so-called soft-edge projections to form a moving, silver body that impressively implemented the group’s new corporate design. Almost 30 vehicle exhibits, media applications and interactive applications, framed by a nearly 200 m long graphic loop, formed the platform on a total area of 6,000 m², on which the product brands could present themselves in a way that was just as valuable as the Group’s research topics.
In addition to staging the Daimler brand in the room, CBE DIGIDEN was responsible for the complex interaction of all trades and processes involved in the new building in accordance with the requirements of company law.
CBE DIGIDEN is thus successfully accompanying its long-standing customer Daimler on new design and logistical paths that are constantly being developed further. Shareholders, guests, press representatives and Group employees at the Annual General Meeting were enthusiastic about the Group’s new appearance.
