ARD Capital Meeting

Once a year, at the beginning of the second session of the Bundestag, Das Erste, Rundfunk Berlin-Brandenburg and the ARD capital studio invite you to the ARD capital meeting in Berlin’s Wilhelmstrasse.

“Political summit” beyond protocol constraints

In 2004, CBE DIGIDEN was commissioned for the first time to implement the reception as a forum for discussions away from day-to-day business and protocol constraints, and has been responsible for the concept, direction and design since then. The focus is always on dialogue and people coming together. The rooms of the ARD capital studio as a platform for information and communication are reinterpreted every year. Room and lighting design form a unit with the architecture.

In 2015, various terms that have shaped the last political year and ARD’s reporting were visualized using a mediatectonic projection in the editorial hall.

For the approximately 500 invited guests from politics and the media, an inspiring meeting place and the opportunity for a relaxed exchange of ideas was created.

Since 2011, guest accreditation has been carried out using our own browser-based software “enrio”.
