Hi, we are CBE DIGIDEN!
We are specialists from all areas of communication. We work and spend a lot of time together. We like that. We value each individual’s expertise and our shared passion for challenges and our clients.
We know that there is a private life. Our aim is to reconcile both. We rely on young colleagues wanting to try things out, and we value the unbroken desire for agency work among mothers and fathers working part-time and among colleagues over 50. People from eleven nations work for us, ranging in age from 20 to over 60. We value this diversity because it broadens our horizons.
What counts for us is your personality and your skills, not your appearance, age or gender, nor your origin or religion, sexual orientation or lifestyle. We don’t need your photo, we want to see your enthusiasm! With us, you can be who and how you are.
Everyone can and should develop their knowledge and skills. We like to learn from each other. That’s why we have our Academy. Or switching to a different agency field – for new perspectives and personal profiling. And if it makes sense, an external coach provides the “aha” moments.
We work flexible hours and commute between the agency and the home office. We like to celebrate together, and our coffee machines are a popular meeting place for exchanging news. We support environmentally friendly travel by public transport or the \”Jobrad\”. And from our agency, it’s just a few minutes to Helmholtzstrasse with its delicious lunch options.
